Learn new exercises, excellent healthy lifestyle habits, nutritional facts and information to support your personal goals. Weekly group sessions, inside and outside the gym as well as a personalised exercise programme to follow alongside. You will have full access to MyPTHub app where you will find your programme with videos and form tips. In this app you will have your latest measurements which will be updated every 2 weeks and I will be holding you accountable! Each client will receive your guide to nutrition booklet (usually £10.99) as well as in depth nutritional support including Calorie and macro goals.

A little about me

I have been a personal trainer for 3+ years now and have loved every second. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in changing individuals lives for the better, teaching a way of living that promotes a healthy and happy life. Getting fit is not easy, if it was everyone would do it however the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. 

I am currently studying to qualify as a level 4 nutritionist so I can provide more for my clients and cover more aspects of a healthy lifestyle.

1-1 Online coaching

Online personal training allows you to access personalised workout programs and receive expert advice, support and guidance from myself through my digital platform (MyPTHub). This convenient option provides flexibility for those with busy schedules or limited access to traditional gym settings. Online coaching is a valuable tool in achieving your health and wellness goals so lets work together and change your life.

From our initial consultation to gauge physical abilities and limitations through to multiple sessions in the gym itself to develop routines, Mara’s been a tremendous and friendly guide into the strange new world of cross trainers, pulldowns, leg extensions and loads of other previously weird machines. Another important skill (and an often underrated one) Mara possesses is understanding how moving into such a public environment as a gym could negatively impact someone’s mental health. In terms of holding anxiety and stress at bay in the early days, her presence was a mental health safety blanket that I can’t praise enough.
